All Tulip Roman Headrail drive units can be changed quite easily. Just loosen three screws and slide out the drive unit. Remove the other end cap and place in the other end of the track. Place the drive unit it in the other end of the track, you may have to loosen the spool click down to allow the drive rod to slide into the drive unit. Tighten up the scew on the drive shaft, tighten up the two screws in the drive clamp............all done.
